1. Destinations
Shipments are currently limited to addresses within the contiguous United States. International requests are accepted in writing for case-by-case review.
2. Dispatch schedule
- Orders are released for dispatch only after payment is verified.
- Verified orders dispatch Monday through Thursday before 14:00 PT.
- Orders received after the cutoff dispatch on the next business day.
3. Packaging & cold-chain
Materials are dispatched in light-blocked, insulated packaging with temperature-monitored phase-change media where indicated. Tracking is provided by email.
4. Receipt & storage
The recipient is responsible for accepting delivery and promptly transferring materials to the recommended storage conditions printed on the vial label and Certificate of Analysis. Biohacker Peptides is not responsible for material integrity following confirmed delivery.
5. Lost or damaged shipments
Notify eladiocisneros@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery for damaged packaging. Carrier-lost shipments must be reported within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation.
6. Restricted recipients
We do not ship to PO boxes or to addresses that cannot accept a signed delivery during business hours. We may decline shipments to addresses that raise compliance concerns.
