Everything you need to know about placing an order, completing the required attestations, and paying with your Order ID. If you need help, reach us through the Contact page.
From catalog to confirmation.
The entire process takes place on-site. Payment is handled off-site through your chosen method. No credit card information is collected or stored.
Write down or screenshot your Order ID immediately after placing the order. You will need it to complete payment.

Browse the catalog
Visit the Catalog to view available reference compounds. Each listing shows the compound name, batch number, analytical specifications, and unit price. Click a product to view its detail page.

Add to cart or subscribe
Choose a one-time purchase or start a subscription for 10% off. Subscription items auto-renew every 60 days. Adjust quantities on the cart page or remove items before checkout.

Review your cart
On the checkout page, review your line items, quantities, and pricing. Subscription discounts are applied automatically. Shipping and tax are calculated separately after the order is received.

Complete researcher information
Enter your full name, email, institution or laboratory name, and a complete deliverable shipping address. We ship only to institutional or laboratory addresses.

Check the attestation boxes
You must confirm you are 21 years of age or older, and attest that you are a qualified researcher who will use these materials solely for documented in vitro research. These boxes are required to place an order.

Select a payment method
Choose from Zelle, Venmo Business, ACH transfer, or domestic wire transfer. Instructions for your selected method appear on the checkout page. We do not store financial credentials.

Place the order
Click Place order to submit. The system records your order and generates a unique Order ID. You will see a confirmation screen with your Order ID, email, and payment instructions.

Send payment with your Order ID
Use your selected payment method and include the exact Order ID in the payment memo or reference field. Orders without a matching reference may be delayed. Payment verification is manual.

Receive confirmation & tracking
Once payment is verified, your order status updates to Paid and we begin processing. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information when your shipment is dispatched.

Both checkboxes must be ticked before you can place an order. They are binding declarations of eligibility and intended use.

Purchase is restricted to adults. This is a legal eligibility requirement.

All materials are sold exclusively for documented in vitro research. This attestation establishes that the buyer understands the intended use and accepts the Research Use Only terms.
How payment matching works.
When you place an order, the system generates a unique Order ID (for example, BHP-7A3F-92D1). This ID is the key that links your payment to your order. You must include it exactly in your payment memo, note, or reference field. Without it, we cannot match your funds to your order and fulfillment will be delayed.
