1. All sales final once shipped
Due to the analytical nature of reference materials and the impossibility of confirming storage conditions after the package has left a controlled environment, all sales are final once a vial has shipped. Materials cannot be returned for resale.
2. Cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order at any time prior to dispatch. Refunds for cancelled, pre-dispatch orders are issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of cancellation.
3. Analytical discrepancies
If you observe a material discrepancy between received material and the corresponding Certificate of Analysis, contact eladiocisneros@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order ID and batch identifier;
- a description of the discrepancy;
- supporting analytical data, where available.
Documented discrepancies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be resolved through replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Shipping damage
Visible packaging damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Replacement is at our discretion and subject to carrier investigation.
5. Exclusions
- Refusal of delivery after dispatch.
- Failure to store material under the specified conditions.
- Any claim arising from use inconsistent with the Research Use Only Disclaimer.
